Deduct SIN-DPS 1031mi, ORD-IAD 587mi, and HND-NRT 37mi from the results above and you are still at around 40000mi.

This is helpful. I did the calculation, and you are right. This is 40000 miles so i am ok . They messed it up that why they are not releasing the ticket. One of the agents booked in PE and they are not confirming because PE is not allowed in one world multi carrier ticket. I agreed to take economy but they are still not releasing the ticket. Keep telling me its not possible and i can't have one downgraded segment.
