Stayed end March 2025. Upgraded to a suite the day prior with both a midday checkin and late checkout. A free bottle of wine at check-in and very friendly staff. Also a great location - pretty much walking distance to anywhere in the CBD.
On the negative side, the lounge is mediocre. It's essentially a closed off area in the bar, so somewhat noisy. The hot food was warm and soggy and the beers were low alcohol. An extra $15 pp for restaurant breakfast - but for that, may as well go to one of the many great Melbourne coffee spots.
No compelling reason to return as many Bonvoy options in Melbourne - unless the price was right.
