Does this mean if I choose a new flight that is listed under the "Economy" my ticket will be moved from Basic Economy N to regular economy, and I gain the associated benefit along with it? Or does it still stay under Basic Economy? I do notice that for any flight that is allowing me to change to "Economy", there isnt an option for basic economy for that flight.
YMMV. it definitely stays BE as far as changes etc. are concerned. Often these re-bookings will bring in some benis such as seats or upgrades - they have in the past. No guarantee though.
