It shouldn’t, really. The ticket shouldn’t validate. Does everything look correct on the NH side, and, critically, do the ticket numbers match your latest receipt?
It seems I can't see ticket numbers on ANA's site unless booked through them. I just called ANA and they confirmed the most recent ticket number I have matches the XN/P fare. FWIW the NH agent also thought it was weird but said there were no issues on their end.
