Hi @pmarrsouth could you kindly clarify exactly what this means? I'm thinking of getting a card that will give Silver status but unclear if that gives me a quicker path to Gold than someone who has no status?

Also, to qualify for Silver status, for example , does one need to earn 20k qualifying miles AND earn 20 qualifying segments (of which 4 must be on Copa metal) or either the 20k or 20 segments and at least 4 segments on Copa metal?
