I’d say it’s safe to say you’ll be denied boarding for the first flight. Tway or Korean won’t want to carry you to ICN because as far as they are concerned you don’t have onward travel (they won’t care if you’ve got a QR ticket) and if something goes wrong like QR cancelling the flight then they are on the hook to deal with you (and any potential fines they could be charged).
