Hello Team, Just putting it out there, very disappointed with RJ. We've paid full J fares WLG/SYD/BKK/AMS, LON/AMM/BKK/SYD/WLG, excited to travel on RJ and their 787 Dreamliner lie flat bed BKKAMM, only to find today that our flight RJ183/15JUN BKKAMM aircraft has been changed from the 787 to a single aisle A320Neo with recliner seats and no lie flat bed. Not what we expected. It must be a one off as the flight before on 13th and flight after on 22nd are showing the 787. We'll still get there in the end, but 9h 10m on a Single Aisle A320 is at the maximum of their range.

UPDATE 11Mar 2345 - RJ sent an email advising the RJ183/15JUN BKKAMM is now cancelled..... Rebooked us on 13th, Tickets need reissuing at their cost but it still costs us 2 nights accommodation in AMM which they have dismissed the request. Oh well, thems the breaks, gives us more time to sightsee in AMM
