RJ Changes
Hello Team, Just putting it out there, very disappointed with RJ. We've paid full J fares WLG/SYD/BKK/AMS, LON/AMM/BKK/SYD/WLG, excited to travel on RJ and their 787 Dreamliner lie flat bed BKKAMM, only to find today that our flight RJ183/15JUN BKKAMM aircraft has been changed from the 787 to a single aisle A320Neo with recliner seats and no lie flat bed. Not what we expected. It must be a one off as the flight before on 13th and flight after on 22nd are showing the 787. We'll still get there in the end, but 9h 10m on a Single Aisle A320 is at the maximum of their range.
UPDATE 11Mar 2345 - RJ sent an email advising the RJ183/15JUN BKKAMM is now cancelled..... Rebooked us on 13th, Tickets need reissuing at their cost but it still costs us 2 nights accommodation in AMM which they have dismissed the request. Oh well, thems the breaks, gives us more time to sightsee in AMM

Doubt EU261 will cover lie flat to reclining seat in business class. Is still business class.
Guess you purchased via a NZL travel agent. Can you change dates, at no cost?
What are the first 3 digits on the eticket, 081 = Qantas, 001 = AA, for example
Is a NZL disputes tribunal, but doubt would get far. ----> https://disputestribunal.govt.nz/

......And Mark Morgan, of Tauranga, earlier this year got more than $13,000 from Emirates after he argued their business class seats weren’t the same as advertised......
