The Remark (RM) field is not a "link" as most people use the term, but a cross-reference to the Record Locator for another Passenger Name Record (PNR), requiring an agent to actually read the RM for some reason.

The format is: TCPx AB1234 where x is a number from 2 to 9, and AB1234 is the Record Locator for the other PNR. If only part of the itinerary is shared, city codes can be specified.

TCP3 = To Complete a Party of 3

Back when I was an airline reservation agent in the 1980s, this command was not used for the same passenger, but for other passengers sharing some or all of the itinerary.
