This still works. The Android app works. When I try to use the Turkish Airlines website, I get SER-TBOS-55000-xxxxxxx. I tried using the telephone system and I am told there is something invalid about my information. I could not find a telephone number that connected to a human, so I was stuck with the automated phone system that did not work for me.

The only thing that worked was the Turkish Airlines Android App.
