Sounds odd, but…
see if cellular vs WiFi makes a difference… and/or if cutting ALL network (cell and WiFi) when you’re in the app - which will cause it to fault - then re enabling helps.
there is a back end service issue, maybe because they went from max 3 to unlimited upcoming trips. Look at my trip printout below:
