On a UA award booked in F/J on the a route with the new product, if there is a day of departure swap to old cabin/product, is there anything the airport counter or ANA call center can do on day of departure to move to a flight on the following day due to the configuration swap in order to still be able to take advantage of the new product?
UA can move you, provided there is award space on the alternative day.
