I cannot recall there was a confidentiality agreement within the survey I received. Mine was about whether it is appealing to have a newly introduced Diamond-plus membership as the next milestone to replace the mid-tier benefits like free upgrade, complimentary gold membership. The Diamond-plus membership may include things like relationship manager, access to private clubs etc.

Btw, sometimes Cathay's research agencies will, based on the surveyed submissions, invite some respondents to focus groups for more in-depth probing. Has anyone been invited to one of their focus groups before?
