I’m partial to the Yumm! Rancheros at Cafe Yumm! (yes, the exclamation point is part of the name). I usually get it with scrambled eggs and add the jalapeño-sesame salsa. 😋
Yeah, I am familiar with Cafe Yumm. We have a couple of them in town. Ours aren’t open for breakfast, but we like their bowls, so will check out their PDX menu. Thanks!
