Sorry - it’s been a bad travel day for us and I took it out on you….
When you check in with UA you should be able to give them your LH reservation information and they can check it all the way to your final destination. If for some reason they can’t you will have to enter the UK and claim your bag and then recheck with LH.
The UK now has an electronic visa system for arrivals / transit - make sure you’ve done that too….
