What is the state of AM's short haul business class these days? I'm looking at GUA-MEX-SJD and once I've added a checked bag and seat assignments the upgrade comes out at about £75 or $100.
Is this likely to be a US First style seat or the wee pretendy business class we get in Europe?
Also are the lounges any better that the Priority Pass options?
GUA/MEX should be a real "premier" cabin - but don't quote me

- those seats are somewhat better than a domestic USA F seat - recline seems to be a bit better, decent seatback screen, and a leg rest.
@ MEX T2, the PP lounges are the AM lounges.(+1 additional lounge I've never visited). They are overcrowded noisy messes. But compared to T2 itself, opulent splendor.
