Requests are processed 72 hours prior to departure in the following order:
1. Pualani Platinum members who have flown 75,000 or more flight
miles in the previous or current calendar year
2. Pualani Platinum members with less than 75,000 flight miles
in the current calendar year
3. Date and time of request
If confirmed, you will be notified by email up to 24 hours before your
flight departure that your upgrade request has been awarded.
