Trying to change date on an Avios booking. Goes all the way through to the payment page. After it looks like it has been approved by Amex (BA being on my safe list) it then says it is not possible to do this online and I have to call!

So I call and after quite a wait to get through on the Gold line it then takes over half an hour to get the details in the system and process the payment due to the agent having ‘system issues’. Double
