You were lucky you just had cigarette smoke. I had pot smokers below me. It usually blew in about 7:00 am.

I had lunch at Kirin one day and had the Mongolian Beef, which was excellent. I hear ya about the A/C. It was freezing in there, but there was no outdoor seating option.
