In short, Lifetime Platinum Status is acknowledged to exist (eg through mention on T&C) but the qualifying criteria is not published. Pre 2019 program revamp it was only achievable through invitation. There is a suggestion it is now tied to Enrich point history.

There is no indication that a Lifetime Gold exists and never has existed previously.
