#3 in the second quote in your recent post (#1101) seems to be the same as #1 in your first quote, ACH pull. I cannot address Vantaca procedures. Regardless, ACH pull by management company is so overwhelmingly simple it’s hard to imagine anything easier.

You might be putting the cart before the horse* and possibly driving off the bridge before you even get to the bridge*. Once you get the card, and the bank routing and your account numbers, it should all be more clear.
