Others have reported the same thing, I think. Quick search shows reports going back to at least 2023.

I don’t know if it is a policy change or a technical limitation, but combined with limited availability for domestic awards on many (feeder) routes and baggage interlining restrictions it devalues AS awards without actually changing the award rates. No bueno.
