Since aircraft details are missing, will use the 787-10 as an example

Regular Economy
Pitch 31" recline 3" Seat Width 17.3"

Economy Plus
Pitch 34" recline 4" Seat Width 17.3" (exit row / bulkheads have bit more legspace and a bit less seat width)

PremPlus / PremEconomy
Pitch 38" recline 6" Seat Width 19" ( and a couple inches wider armrests plus so-so footrests)

PremPlus wins in every category , results are similar in all widebody aircraft and in each factor, a few inches make a noticeable different
