We recently stayed here for 2 nights as part of our visit to Legoland. As a diamond, there was no suite upgrade as the hotel was full due to the ASEAN Tourism Forum. Still, we got an upgrade to a twin executive room on the highest floor, 30th floor. The staff were all nice especially in the Makan Restaurant and in the Executive Lounge. Happy hour from 5:30-7:30pm in the EL was nice with very good food options.
We came from Singapore so it was our first time to experience crossing the border at Woodlands Checkpoint to Johor Bahru Checkpoint which we thought was very interesting
