Initially the call to BAH routed me to flight-only bookings, so I then got transferred back to BAH. Took ages to populate the flight details - the agent really apologetic. Then they couldn't work out how the deposit would work as vouchers can't pay deposits without back-office activity.
So I've paid the deposit on a credit card but the agent couldn't then secure the line to take the cc details. So although ba.com is back up, it's really not pretty in the back office yet..
Not sure if you did this but even when I am making a BAH booking I always call GGL as: 1. some of the GGL agents can actually make BAH bookings and 2. if they can't they will get BAH on the line and sort it out and they seem to be able to skip any queue.
