Dear
IBJoel
Thank you for your message.
I would like to respond to each of your questions in the order you posed them, while also clarifying why these suggested causes seem unlikely given the context of this issue:
1. Have I cleared my cache/cookies?
Yes, I have cleared the cache and cookies on both my iPhone and PC. However, since the problem persists across multiple devices and browsers, it is unlikely that this is related to cached data.
2. Have I disabled all blocking software/plug-ins?
I am not using any ad blockers or similar plug-ins that could interfere with the upload process. Moreover, given that I have successfully uploaded thousands of photos under the same conditions in the past, it is clear that such interference is not a factor.
3. Have I disabled any VPNs?
I am not using a VPN. The issue occurs regardless of the network (5G, home Wi-Fi, office, hotel Wi-Fi), which rules out VPN-related interference.
4. Have I tried a different browser?
Yes, I have tried multiple browsers, including Safari, Chrome, and Edge, across different devices. The issue remains the same.
Additionally, as I have pointed out earlier, the fact that I can upload photos into my Flyertalk albums but not into posts suggests that the problem is not on my side. The discrepancy strongly indicates a potential backend issue or a specific limitation affecting my account.
To help move forward, I would suggest using my account to replicate the issue. Since you haven’t been able to reproduce the problem on your end, this approach could help determine whether the issue is related to account-level restrictions or specific permissions.
I have invested a significant amount of time trying to resolve this issue, which prevents me from contributing valuable content, particularly my hotel reviews.
I appreciate your willingness to engage with tech on this, and I kindly ask that you escalate the matter to ensure we can find a solution.
Thank you in advance for your continued efforts. I look forward to your feedback.
