I'm STE and i had a flight KLM from Malaysia to FRANCE. it consisted in 3 KLM flights. I turned out that one was operted by Malaysia Airlines ( icouldnt choose the flight wen i purchased the ticket on Airfrance Website). When i went for check in, MA didnt recognized the program (even if the my flight was KLM) and i had to pay 120 USD per additional bagages. I raised the issue to AF & flying blue customer service, but they rejected any responsability and dont provide any information to support their decision. Any idea who to contact next? For me this is clearly not sticking to their commitment.
