Which web page are you referring to? Both Skyteam and Delta.com websites only mention 1 extra piece for STE and STE+.
Here is Skyteam website text --
If you’re an Elite Plus or Elite member, don’t forget there’s an extra allowance. It’s 10kg for Elite members and 20kg for Elite Plus, or one additional bag where the piece concept applies, depending on routing.
Note that just because Delta Gold Medallions get 2 free bags domestically does not necessarily mean all STE+ members get 2 free bags on domestic US flights.

Does anyone know what the baggage allowance would be for a JFK-CDG flight on AF (booked using Flying Blue miles) in Premium Economy? My ticket says 3 checked bags but does not indicate whether they would be 23kg or 32kg. I am Diamond with Delta.

I believe 23kg. You can look online or in app and it'll tell you. STE+ normally is just extra bag of same weight.

Does anyone know if STE+ get an extra bag with fares that don't include baggage? I know that with BA I only get an extra bag due to my status if I purchase a fare that includes baggage (so either zero or 2+ pieces), but if I purchase an AF light fare, will I get 1 piece of baggage free with my STE+ status?
