2 - cancel both tickets at least 24 hours after purchase to receive 2 FFCs ?
3 - purchase actual desired ticket using all available FFCs ? …
I posted this question here a few months ago, thank you to everyone who replied so graciously. A couple of clarification questions. Thanks very much once again.
Understood that ETC plus TB cannot be used to pay for 1 ticket, can FFC plus ETC or FFC plus TB be used to pay for 1 ticket?
Why would this procedure not work if ticket(s) cancelled
within 24 hrs of purchase? In that situation would refund be to the original form of payment?
What is the timeframe between cancellation more than 24 hours after purchase and receipt of FFC?
If the total of multiple FFCs is insufficient to pay for a ticket, can a credit card be used (along with the multiple FFCs) to pay the remaining balance?
Are there any fees or penalties or taxes (other than the usual taxes and fees) involved with cancelling a non-refundable ticket more than 24 hrs after purchase or with purchasing a ticket using multiple FFCs plus a CC if necessary?
If the total cost of a flight is less than the value of a single FFC, can the FFC be used and still have the remaining value available? If so, is a new FFC issued or the same FFC with a lower value?
Thanks again.
