Royal Ambassador Benefits
  1. Royal Ambassador member benefits include:
  1. Waived Amenity or Destination fees, where they would otherwise be charged
    1. This excludes any Government, State, or City mandatory imposed fees/taxes, and Resort Fees.
I might have missed it, but even as RA, we are not safe from resort fees!

Be informed about part 2

As no none seems to have spotted this change .....

Royal Ambassador Benefits
  1. Royal Ambassador member benefits include:
  • Guaranteed early check-in of 10 a.m. on day of arrival.

* the line: if a RA's room is not available at check in time , hotel shall provide a temporary "hospitality" room has been erased

* interpertation bad: RA early check in is not part of guarenteed benefits compensation

* interpertation good : hotel must give RA early check in and there is no excuse because it is a guaranteed benefit

I'm posting this to inform my fellow RA as IC MIA's correspondence with me revealed a discrepancy:

Thank you for providing your estimated arrival time for 10:00AM, I have notated it on to your reservation. Also, thank you for being a loyal IHG Royal Ambassador, I have placed your request for early check-in on to your reservation. Please know that early check in is based on availability and cannot be guaranteed until our check-in time at 3:00PM. However, we will try our best to accommodate your request.

Which is ofcourse nonsense !

These paragraphs are unchanged from last year.
Resort fee in here means Government, State, or City mandatory imposed fees/taxes, not hotel junk fee. The RA may still waive the hotel resort fee.
