What's weird is that I had a flight LHR-BOS-EWR the first Segment with VS followed by DL for the second segment and both boarding passes had TSA Precheck per usual on them however on my return EWR-BOS-LHR for an unknown reason, the TSA Precheck was only showing up for the BOS-LHR segment boarding pass and not the EWR-BOS segment despite it being in my reservation

I asked at checkin at EWR and the person was unhelpful and wouldn't even try to add it in for me. Had to go through standard security as the TSA chap said my tsa pre was only valid from BOS-LHR despite me not even having to go thru security in BOS whatsoever as I just get on that DL shuttle bus from Terminal A to E.

I asked at the gate and the agent at least tried to put it in for me but just said the system wouldn't let her.
