Has anyone found the T&Cs on this family rate plan? I’ve heard the Regency Chicago participates. I am 37, my father and his wife are 60+. I have a 5 day booking and they decided to come visit for 3 days. Of course the rates have jumped. I don’t mind applying a suite upgrade and sleeping on the sofa in some suite cases where the bedroom is truly separate, but only having one bathroom is iffy.
AFAIK there are no T&C regarding this only news announcements and people’s experiences.
This is from a family rate plan booking from a person in a Hyatt group I’m in. They stayed 3 nights, utilized the family rate plan for 2 of the 3 nights for family members staying with them. However, since they used this rate they ended up with only 1 EQN as you can see the second room literally shows negative 2 EQN’s earned.
I do understand your point though about sharing not only a single suite, but a bathroom as well being straining. Hopefully it works out better for you.
