I think the most obvious low hanging fruit is the bulkhead seat premium.
There's some unused space and the latest generation business class seat often take advantage of that and creat a J+ product... Starlux even sell them as first class with some minor hardware upgrades.
SQ only allow status member to book them in advance, some other airlines make them a chargeable upgrade.
LH takes the J+ concept to the extreme with added amenities, etc.
Maybe we will see some similar move from AC when they introduce the new business class product, and as an opportunity to also rollout seat selection fee for discounted J fares for the rest of the cabin.
