Often I've not been getting PreCheck on my DL BPs. Granted, I fly DL very little compared to UA where I'm not having this issue. DL SM profile has my KTN, my DOB, name, etc. Booked two tickets recently on Delta.com. Flew the first one last week and had PreCheck no issue. Checked in for the second one yesterday and no PreCheck. Worked with the online chat agent who said the DOB is wrong which is why PreCheck isn't showing. They couldn't fix it and told me to have the agent at the airport fix it. I also had a no-PreCheck issue for a return trip in October. I book all my DL tickets the same way - through Delta.com, logged in with my SkyMiles #.
Anybody seen this before? What are the chances the airport agent can actually fix this today? It's ex-JFK which means the agents are likely to be less-than-helpful.
At the end of the day it's not a deal breaker. I just hate having to go through standard security when I should be getting PreCheck.

The chat agent might be correct. If you have a mismatch of information with your PreCheck KTN details this can cause an issue. Agents at the airport can fix this and PreCheck shows up almost instantly.
You can also check to make sure your KTN is showing up in the DL app. Make sure it's in your profile and the details are correct.
