MO isn't that bad. It's been renovated since the last time I stayed there too. Just older bones than FS or PH.
PH has excellent hardware and service. It's one of the better PHs in all of Asia.

I've stayed at MO and FS (and one of the RCs) but if I was to go back now I would try the PH. Haven't stayed yet but have heard and read great things about it.
