Reasonable one-night stay this weekend. No room upgrade but slippers and a robe provided which I think therefore magically makes it a “deluxe” package.

Welcome letter with drinks voucher and breakfast voucher, along with some complimentary fudge which was very sweet and quite pleasant!

As others have mentioned, no plugs by the bed which really isn’t good enough any more and two of the plug sockets decidedly wobbly.

Also as an airport hotel it would be helpful to have better noise insulation from the corridor. People do leave very early or arrive very late and aren’t always considerate when shouting goodnight to each other or asking John really loudly at 4am if he’s remembered to pick up his toothbrush from the bathroom.

But the staff are friendly and the beds comfy..
