Just had that happen to me (Elite Plus since September 2024). In the App it says "Membership cancelled" and when I try to reset my password it says "Your membership has been temporarily suspended because your contact information is missing."
Everything was fine last week.

Are they pissed because I won a EC261-Claim in Court about a month ago?
