I had planned on booking a transfer van when I went, but noticed there were city buses waiting outside. So I jumped on one. Can't recall the rate but it was definitely cheaper than booking anything.

From what I can see online, Uber is still not permitted to pick up at the airport. But they have pickup spots outside the airport grounds.
