Walking from T6 to the T7 taxi stand should take approximately five minutes. I have no idea about the taxi availability there. My sister usually takes cabs home from there; I have never heard her complain about having to wait for one.
There’s a sign at the T7 taxi stand with a number to call to request a taxi. Typically takes less than 5 minutes for a taxi to arrive.
