Not at all. Not all departing Filipinos go thru extra check. If they have enough or even a few stamps they do not ask for anything extra. I have traveled with enough filipinos to know that once they see you are a regular traveler they do not bother. Sometime when the queue is big they even combine together the foreign and the filipino queue. Once you pass the first immigration counter you can see the sign for Secondary Check. That is where they send the filipinos for extra questioning. Only some and not the regular travelers.
