  3. How should I approach this for a resolution? I already dealt with a supervisor who said that she can't just enter a fare class manually. Is that correct?
1) Most airlines has this practice. Just because you are able to book a new ticket in a certain booking class, doesn't mean that you will be able to rebook in the same booking class. Nothing new I'm afraid.
2) Not to my knowledge. Wait for a schedule change and rebook free of charge (invol. rebooking) or ask to cancel/get a full refund, i.e. you book a new ticket for the new travel dates?
3. I doubt you will be able to do anything about it.
