Yes Z gates are above A gates so if you are lucky you won’t have to walk very far.

If you arrive at a Z gate you arrive clean and there’s no security check. Bus arrival is a little tricky. United’s flight status mentions the remote stand number, e.g. V168, rather than the arrival (bus) gate. There are bus gates called AEUW, which are used for clean non-Schengen arrivals such as US and UK. But unfortunately United does not tell us which bus gates are used.
