I never miss the last flight. Since I do them consecutively, I need the last flight to get me back to my starting point for the next ticket.
I suspect there will be a lot more breakage on the ex-CAI tickets than usual since the majority of other really good ex-CAI deals also dried up. I got something decent enough on mine that I didn't mind, but was nearly double of what I would have gotten an RJ ticket for a year ago.
