I have been attempting to book flights for 4 of us this evening, using a Customer Care certificate. Repeatedly fails at the go to checkout stage with the error message below. Also, amusingly, when you enter your departure date, it repeatedly inserts it in the return date, which you have to correct.

I eventually gave up and called Alaska. Got a wonderful agent who offered to try. She had same issues, including departure date and could not get to check out. She reached out to her Help Desk, who curiously denied anyone had reported any issues and offerer no help, only to have fellow agents confirm they had had been having similar issues.

Tried one more time hours later. Same result.

Hopefully the IT folks will acknowledge there is an issue and fix it.
