Does WestJet currently sell a "U" fare class? I flew in August and credited to Delta Skymiles my 4 WestJet segments. I received miles on one of the segments, but 0 on the other 3. Delta says I booked "U" class, but I don't see WestJet selling that.
Did you happen to have purchased WS' ultrabasic fare? If so, did you even earn any lifetime miles?

No; I think Delta uses "U" as an abbreviation for Westjet's UltraBasic, which does not earn Delta miles. Look at the fare code on your receipt, and if they were Westjet coded, then see https://www.westjettravelagents.com/how-to-identify-westjet-fare-bundles-in-the-gds/ to see if it indeed was an UltraBasic fare (7th character in the fare basis code is a B).
Even if it doesn't earn any SkyMiles, will it earn any lifetime MM?
