Cigarman does not have an inferiority complex at all. He is generally logical and informative, albeit a bit combative at times.
Right now however, it seems to me that he is just wound too tight. He flew about 37 segments in October and god only knows how many so far in November and I guess that kind of schedule has caused him to let things like not having his OnePass statement on time get him very upset (see the CO boards). As usual, his point is valid in reference to the United fliers, many of whom actually don't realize that someone like him probably has about a 99.9% free upgrade percentage with CO and NW.
