sorry I’m not qualified to comment as I’ve never tried carrying ice packs in my carry on through airside. I have however tried to do this by placing it in my checked bags, which has caused no issues whatsoever.
is checking bag not an option for you?
checking with AOT’s security policy might also give you an answer.
my guess is that they’ll definitely search your carry-on, re-scan the ice packs separately again to ensure it’s not xyz and send you your way.
