Must be a relatively simple calculation (assuming that the P2 is the only motivation to upgrade).
Cost of a bottle of P2 (or the value to you), multiply with the number of bottles you can / plan to consume and compare the result with the cost of the upgrade.
If you use miles to upgrade the question becomes a bit more fuzzy (about as fuzzy as you will feel when you disembark from F...).
