Location: 1 hour from Khao Yai, Thailand. No longer Bangkok, China, Taiwan , Palm Coast, FL, LA, or Chicago though still exiled, again, from the Bay Area.

No problem. Is there any other way to travel. BKK-SFO then SFO-PHX then PHX-ORD then ORD-BWI then BWI-SFO to get the SFO-BKK back home. Separate tickets. Or YYZ-FRA-MAD then MAD-DFW-EZE-DFW-MAD then MAD-FRA-YYZ all AA except the MAD-FRA-MAD which was LA. Or BKK-JFK-LHR-OSL then OSL-LHR-LAX-LHR-OSL then skip the return on AY from HEL-JFK (that could have been a problem because it was part of an AA ticket I did from JFK-LHR-OSL/HEL-JFK) doing OSL-LHR-HKG-BKK instead. Never a problem.
