I’ve never been able to even open the page. Can you post some details how exactly you are accessing the link? — location, device, browser, OS, logged in or not etc. Might also help to post the exact link you are using to access the tool.
Maybe that can help the rest of us get where you are, and then we can help you figure out the rest..
